How to Start Service:

If you live in the City of Delano, you must first start water service with the City and then reach out to us to begin waste services. 

Container Replacement

How to get your stolen container replaced:

If your cart or container has been stolen, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to report the issue. We will verify your account and arrange for a replacement container to be delivered promptly. In some cases, a replacement fee may apply.

Cost for damaged container:

You may call our office with assistance with broken/damaged carts.

Regular wear and tear and hot weather will cause a big impact on the integrity of plastic and cause it to deteriorate which makes it susceptible to damage. We will replace bins if they have been broken by regular wear and
tear and/or our trucks.
