If your cart or container has been stolen, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to report the issue. We will verify your account and arrange for a replacement container to be delivered promptly. In some cases, a replacement fee may apply.

You may call our office with assistance with broken/damaged carts.
Regular wear and tear and hot weather will cause a big impact on the integrity of plastic and cause it to deteriorate which makes it susceptible to damage. We will replace bins if they have been broken by regular wear and tear and/or our trucks.
